Breslin Builders completes another Rebel Convenience Store project...
After months of waiting for a revised NV Energy design and final installation, Breslin Builders has recently completed another new Rebel Convenience Store project at the southeast corner of Washington Avenue and Pecos Road in the city of Las Vegas.
This location, designed by Breslin Builders' Design Group, is based on the new layout and look previously completed at the Nellis and Vegas Valley, Lake Mead and Pecos, and Craig and Commerce locations.
The new layout features over 4,000 square feet of building and continues to use the same exterior finish materials including stucco, precast concrete, tile roof, and ceramic tile column insets to create, along with the landscaping typical of each Rebel location, an enhanced project that bring an upgraded look and feel to the area.
This site is larger than most sites and has room for future uses in addition to the convenience store. Current uses approved by the city of Las Vegas are two fast food uses and a retail use, all to be developed at a later date. Provisions for utility connections were provided for these uses.
In addition to design services and construction activities, Breslin Builders provided coordination with city of Las Vegas Planning for updated land-use approvals for the project. Originally the property was approved to be a Circle K branded project but was changed when the property was bought by Rebel Oil Company.
We are pleased to provide another quality project for Rebel Oil Company and add it to the long list of Rebel Convenience Stores we have completed over the past two plus decades for Rebel Oil Company.
