Breslin Builders becomes a member of the US Green Building Council USGBC...
Breslin Builders has become a member of the USGBC (US Green Building Council) to help promote its building design and construction activities as it relates to a sustainable world. Our projects generally have exceeded the requirements of the building and energy codes but this move will further our efforts in seeking LEED certifications for some of our projects including the recently started Durango Commons Office Building Two project at Durango Commons. We are seeking a LEED Core & Shell v2.0 Silver rating for the project.
In addition to becoming a national member of the USGBC, Todd McBrayer, Director of Design, is a member of the local Nevada Chapter of the USGBC.
Breslin Builders looks forward in its continued efforts to promote and provide a sustainable built community and working with our clients that have the same sustainable views.
