Breslin Builders provided design and construction services for the Real World 25 Suite Remodel at the Hard Rock Hotel...
Breslin Builders provided design, permitting, and construction services for the remodel of the existing "High Roller" suite at the Hard Rock Hotel for the upcoming hit 25 Season of MTV's Real World.
Working closely with the production and filming company and their designers, lighting crew, and sound/filming crew, Breslin Builders provided the needed services to ensure the remodel work was completed within budget requirements and in time for scheduled filming to start. The entire "High Roller" suite (which includes a bowling alley lane and is included as part of the amenities of the suite) has been adjusted to accommodate the Real World 25 production including wall adjustments, millwork changes, electrical modifications, and finishes throughout the space. Additionally, adjustments to the suite were made to allow for proper filming of the show.
Breslin Builders provided permit drawings based on the remodel requirements and provided next day permitting services working closely with Clark County Building Department to ensure permits were issued in a timely manner for work to begin.
Breslin Builders is happy to be part of the project and looks forward to seeing the many hours of hard work in action when the show airs on MTV next year in 2011.
