Breslin Builders providing due diligence services for Resort Gaming Group for conversion of City Hall for Zappos.com...
Many months on the making, Breslin Builders has been retained to provided due diligence services for the existing City of Las Vegas City Hall for conversion to an office complex Resort Gaming Group will be providing for Zappos.com. The agreement between the City of Las Vegas and Resort Gaming Group was approved by the City of Las Vegas City Council on December 1, 2010.
Breslin Builders is leading a team of architects, engineers, and other consultants to review the existing structure and systems and provide accurate reports to Resort Gaming Group about the project and buildings.
Breslin Builders is excited to provide this first part of services for this new project in a continuing list of projects being completed for Resort Gaming Group. Currently Breslin Builders is also providing lead on design-build services for the renovation of the existing Lady Luck Hotel and Casino in downtown Las Vegas. These two projects are just many of the projects Breslin Builders has been involved in the downtown area (including soho lofts, Newport Lofts, Third Street, Triple George Grill, sidebar, Hogs and Heifers, to list a few).
